& Nbsp& Nbsp& Nbsp; Xi Jiami stated that the Qinling Mountains are the ancestor of the Chinese nation and the cradle of Chinese civilization. Protecting the Qinling Mountains is the "greatest of the country", and it is of great significance for building an important ecological security barrier for the country, promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, promoting ecological civilization construction, and achieving sustainable economic and social development. He pointed out that our school is committed to the research and protection of the Qinling Mountains. Based on the comprehensive advantages of multiple disciplines, we propose the Western University Plan to solve the interaction and harmonious development of water, soil, gas, life, and human in the Qinling Mountains, and strive to make significant contributions to the construction of ecological civilization in Shaanxi and the ecological protection of the Qinling Mountains.
